4Where the count stops

A page that says the draft goes straight into video commits the maker to a handoff, not to a result: it is silent on how long a draft may run before the handoff and on what the video step costs. The languages point is the thinnest of the four, since many pages name none, so the makers who do name languages are the ones earning it.
